From the Rays carrying a team no-hitter into the 10th inning to individual feats like Miguel Cabrera recording his 3,000th career hit and Ty France going 5-6 with five RBIs, I think I speak for us all in saying, what a weekend in Major League Baseball. We're back with a seven-game slate tonight. Here are three team totals that I'm locking in:

Philadelphia Phillies O/U 5.0 Total Runs
The Phillies continue their seven-game home stand as they take on the Rockies for four games at Citizens Bank Park. The series opener is set for 6:45 ET, with Kyle Freeland taking on Kyle Gibson. These teams just squared off last week in Denver, with the Rockies taking two out of three games.
Left-handed Freeland pitched in game two of the series, lasting 5.0 innings and allowing just two earned runs on six hits and one walk. He was able to bring his ERA down to 7.71 on the year and brings a 1.79 WHIP into the game. Freeland has faced the Phillies in 67 at-bats, limiting them to a .218/.343/.354 slash line with just five extra base-hits.
This will be good for Freeland to get away from Coors Field, and he should be able to excel tonight. The 28-year-old pitcher has a lower road ERA over his last three years, including a 3.84 ERA away from home compared to 4.83 at Coors in 2021. I like for the Phillies to score less than five runs tonight at home.

Boston Red Sox O/U 4.0 Total Runs
The Blue Jays are 4-1 over their last five games and open up a four-game divisional series at home tonight against the Red Sox. Nathan Eovaldi will take the ball for Boston while Toronto goes with Jose Berrios in the A.L. East matchup set for 7:07 ET.
Jose Berrios has slowly been dropping his ERA from his season debut, where he only lasted 0.1 innings against the Rangers and allowed four earned runs. He departed with a 108.00 ERA but has lowered it to 6.35 entering tonight's game. Berrios last threw against the Red Sox on Wednesday, holding them to just one earned run over 6.0 innings of work. The righty allowed eight hits and a walk in the outing but was able to work around jams by recording six strikeouts.
Boston has faced Berrios in 114 at-bats, and they slash .247/.330/.384 against the right-hander with 10 extra base hits. Xander Bogaerts is 3-20 against Berrios while Rafael Devers is 4-17, and Kike Hernandez is 1-9. Berrios continues to ramp up his production as the season progresses, and I expect no difference as he returns to Rogers Centre tonight. Take the under on the Red Sox run total tonight.

New York Mets O/U 3.5 Total Runs
The best pitching matchup of the night comes in the Mets vs. Cardinals game in St. Louis. Max Scherzer heads to the hill for New York while the Red Birds counter with Miles Mikolas. First pitch is scheduled for 7:45 ET from Busch Stadium in game one of this three-game series.
Miles Mikolas has been dominant over three starts in the 2022 season. The right-hander boasts the 10th best ERA amongst qualified pitchers at 1.76, and his WHIP is 28th in the majors at 1.04. Mikolas is coming off of a 5.0 inning performance where he allowed no earned runs against the Marlins and gave up four hits and no walks.
The Mets have faced Mikolas in 68 at-bats, slashing just .090/.134/.093 against the righty with only one extra base-hit. This game has all of the makings of a pitcher's duel, and with Scherzer likely to excel, I expect Mikolas to bring the same energy. Take the under on the Mets' team total tonight.
