The Chicago Cubs enter tonight's series opener against the Philadelphia Phillies having lost three straight games, and look to avoid a fourth consecutive loss.

The Phillies are -215 moneyline favorites, per BettingPros consensus odds. At -215 odds, they are the second-biggest favorite of any National League team behind only the Dodgers. Philadelphia won three out of four games against Chicago at Wrigley Field earlier this season, and are 7-1 in their last eight meetings against the Cubs. Tonight's pitching matchup is between Adrian Sampson (0-2, 2.20) and Kyle Gibson (10-6, 3.38). The over has cashed in each of the last six meetings between these teams.
