The Miami Marlins are off to a 1-5 start, which is tied for the worst record in the National League. The New York Mets look to add to Miami's futility while improving their record to .500 in their home opener this afternoon.

Betting Impact:

There is no line posted on the game yet, as Miami has yet to announce their starting pitcher. The Mets will send Taijuan Walker to the mound, who is making his team debut. Walker made 11 combined starts for Seattle and Toronto last year. He went 4-3 with a 2.70 ERA, and was tremendous down the stretch pitching to a 1.37 ERA in his six starts with the Blue Jays. Four Marlins have 11 combined at-bats against him, but are hitting .364 with two home runs in those limited plate appearances.
