The Washington Nationals opened as -150 moneyline favorites in the second game of their doubleheader with the Atlanta Braves, per BettingPros consensus odds.

Betting Impact:

Nationals starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg is making his first start since August of 2020. He threw only five innings total last year and was shelved because of an injury in his right hand. In 34 career starts against the Braves, Strasburg is 14-12 with a 4.07 ERA. Atlanta has not yet announced their starter for the second game, suggesting they may go with some sort of a bullpen game.
