Padres-Rockies over/under on Sunday is the season's highest thus far

The over/under for the Rockies-Padres series finale is currently set at 13 runs, according to BettingPros consensus odds. If the line does not get any lower before first pitch, it would go off as the highest total for an MLB game this year. (source)

Betting Impact:

Once again, the Coors Field effect is the primary reason for this line being set so high. The first two games of this series has seen the over and the under each hit once. The opening game of this series had 15 runs scored, with 13 of them came in the sixth inning or later. Colorado pitchers limited San Diego's bats yesterday in a much lower-scoring 7-1 Rockies victory.
