The decision on whether or not to play Saturday's game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds is up in the air after a Reds player tested positive for the coronavirus on Friday. The Reds had opened as -225 moneyline favorites according to BettingPros consensus odds. (BettingPros)

Betting Impact:

Despite this game already having an opening line, the odds have been removed at many sportsbooks given the uncertainty if the game will be played or not. If it is postponed, all bettors who already made a wager will be refunded. If there is still a line available at any sportsbooks, it would be best to wait until word becomes official that there is a game and the lineups are introduced given it is unknown at this point who the player was that tested positive.
