As of last night, the Twins were scheduled to send Rich Hill to the mound to oppose Dallas Keuchel for the White Sox. At that time, the Twins were -215 ML favorites. However, Minnesota announced right-hander Randy Dobnak will replace Hill for this start, and are now -125 favorites according to BettingPros consensus odds. (source)

Betting Impact:

Depending on how one wagered on this contest, it could either be good news or bad news. Bettors who wagered an "action bet" on this game last night are on the hook for last night's bigger odds despite the pitching change. However, if one made a "listed pitchers" bet, those bets are refunded since Hill will not be making his start as originally thought. Thus, bettors now have a new opportunity to decide what they want to do with the new odds. The Twins are one of just two teams who are road favorites on Saturday.
