The Kansas City Royals aim for a three-game sweep of the AL-Central leading Minnesota Twins on Sunday. The Twins are -175 moneyline favorites while the Royals are +150 underdogs, according to BettingPros consensus odds. (source)

Betting Impact:

The Royals won the first two games of the series against the Twins as underdogs, and they will aim for their third straight win over the Twins and fourth straight win overall in the same underdog role. At +150, they are the biggest underdogs of any of the three games in large part because Minnesota sends ace Jose Berrios to the mound. Berrios has allowed just three runs in his last two starts and is 3-2 with a 4.29 ERA in 13 career starts against Kansas City. He is opposed by Royals rookie Brady Singer who is making his fourth career start.
