Per Jeff Goodman on Twitter, the Duke Blue Devils will not play their regularly scheduled ACC tournament game against Florida State tonight after they had a positive COVID-19 test within their program. They are out of the tournament altogether, and the Seminoles will advance.

Betting Impact:

Earlier this morning, Duke has odds of +500 to win the ACC tournament. All sportsbooks have taken their ACC futures odds off the board in the wake of this news. Florida State entered today with the second-best odds to win the tournament at +250, but now should see an even bigger odds boost considering they did not have to exert any energy today and will have fresh legs for their game between the winner of the Virginia Tech-North Carolina matchup. Given that Duke needed an impressive run in the conference tournament to earn consideration for a berth in the NCAA tournament, their season now likely appears over.
