When the Grand Canyon Antelopes make their NCAA tournament debut, they will do so as 14.5 point underdogs to the Iowa Hawkeyes, per BettingPros consensus odds.

Betting Impact:

One of the most fascinating storylines in this game is whether or not the towering frontcourt of Grand Canyon can slow down likely National Player of the Year Luka Garza. The Antelopes start 7'0" senior Asbjorn Midtgaard and 6'10" senior Alessandro Lever, and both will get their turns defending Garza down low. Early money is 4/1 on Iowa at the moment, per FanDuel Sportsbook. The Hawkeyes are 15-13-1 ATS and 5-2 ATS in seven non-conference games. Grand Canyon finished the regular season 15-5 ATS and a perfect 6-0 ATS in non-conference games.
