After opening as -9.5 point home favorites, the Kansas City Chiefs have been bet to -10 for their Divisional Round game against the Cleveland Browns, per BettingPros consensus odds.

Betting Impact:

Despite the Browns coming off an impressive win against the Steelers last week, the Chiefs were always likely to get more of the betting attention as they were the far more superior team throughout the season. In addition, bettors are well aware of Kansas City head coach Andy Reid's success off bye weeks, particularly with Patrick Mahomes as his quarterback. In five games off a bye with Mahomes at quarterback, the Chiefs have averaged 39.4 PPG. Considering the Browns just allowed Ben Roethlisberger to throw for over 500 yards, bettors are banking on another big day from Mahomes and the Chiefs.
