Per Adam Schefter on Twitter, Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski will return to the team this week and will be available to coach their Divisional Round game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. (Adam Schefter)

Betting Impact:

After opening earlier today as 9.5 point home favorites, the Chiefs have been bet up to -10, per BettingPros consensus odds. Thus, the news of Stefanski returning to the sidelines is not likely to impact bettors too much considering that they already assumed that he would be medically cleared from his positive COVID-19 test. In addition, Stefanski's absence did not hinder Cleveland's performance in their win over Pittsburgh last week, so bettors are likely more concerned with the players' availability that missed last week due to COVID-19, such as Pro Bowl left guard Joel Bitonio.
