At DraftKings Sportsbook, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers opened at +900 odds to win next year’s Super Bowl and repeat as champions.

Betting Impact:

The Buccaneers have the second-best odds on the board behind the Kansas City Chiefs, whose odds are +525. History says the Buccaneers will not repeat, as no team has done so since the 2003 and 2004 Patriots. However, their quarterback was Tom Brady and if can hold up physically at age 44 next year, bettors will view Tampa Bay with as good of a chance as any to repeat. Behind Kansas City and Tampa Bay is the Green Bay Packers with +1000 odds, and the Buffalo Bills at +1200. Much will change when free agency ends and the draft is completed, so if you see value on a team you like now, you may want to get your bets in early.
