The Kansas City Chiefs opened as -3 point home favorites over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game, per BettingPros consensus odds.

Betting Impact:

This line clearly assumes that Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will be cleared from a concussion he suffered yesterday against Cleveland and will be healthy enough to start this week. If Mahomes cannot clear concussion protocol, this line would likely jump the fence as see Buffalo as road favorites. The Chiefs beat the Bills 26-17 in Buffalo in Week 6, but they have not covered a spread since their Week 9 win against the Jets. Buffalo is 11-1 SU since that loss, with their only defeat in that span coming on a last-second hail mary from the Arizona Cardinals. The Bills are one of the most profitable ATS teams this year with a 12-6 ATS record, while Kansas City's ATS record this season is 7-9-1.
