The Colts lost two of their most promising players to injury in Week 2. Wide receiver Parris Campbell is probably done for a good chunk of time with a PCL injury, while safety Malik Hooker is done for the year with a torn Achilles. (ESPN)

Betting Impact:

The two losses are big for the Colts. That said, Indy should be able to compensate for them in Week 3, as the New York Jets are not a serious contender. We'll get a picture of how the Colts will manage the losses in Week 4 when they take on the Chicago Bears.
