Giants look to break poor ATS streak as home underdogs against the 49ers

The New York Giants are 0-7 ATS in their last seven games as home underdogs. They are currently four-point home underdogs in Week 3 to the San Francisco 49ers.

Betting Impact:

The Giants are 1-1 ATS this year, but failed to cover in their only game as home underdogs in Week 1 against the Steelers. The Giants may benefit from the unforunate injury news that surrounds the 49ers at the moment. The 49ers have three defensive starters on injured reserve, but the biggest news is that Jimmy Garoppolo appears on the wrong side of questionable after being ruled out of practice for the remainder of the week. The Giants would still kick off as underdogs even if backup Nick Mullens replaces Garoppolo, but they would certainly have a better chance to cover or win outright facing Mullens.
