The Los Angeles Rams have opened as -4.5 point favorites for their Super Bowl LVI matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, with an over/under of 49.5 points, per DraftKings Sportsbook.

Betting Impact:

The Bengals and Rams should both be considered fortunate to be playing in the Super Bowl, as this was the second time in the Super Bowl era (since 1966) that both conference championship game winners came back from double-digit deficits. Furthermore, per ESPN Stats and Info, the Rams had been 0-14 under Sean McVay when trailing by ten or more points entering the fourth quarter, including 0-4 this season. Los Angeles will attempt to become the second consecutive team to win the Super Bowl in their home stadium, after no team even played in their home stadium in the Super Bowl through the game's first 54 years.
