The New Orleans Saints opened as three-point road favorites against the Carolina Panthers, but have since been bet up to -3.5, per BettingPros consensus odds.

Betting Impact:

The fact that this line moved off the key number of -3 suggests there has been plenty of support on the favored Saints thus far. It is not hard to see why, as New Orleans turned in the most impressive performance of any team in Week 1. They held the Packers' high-powered offense to just three points, and their 35-point margin of victory was the largest season-opening victory in franchise history. Meanwhile, Carolina was much more unimpressive in their 19-14 victory over the Jets in Week 1.
