San Francisco 49ers running back Tevin Coleman missed Wednesday's practice with a shoulder injury. (Nick Wagoner on Twitter)

Betting Impact:

Coleman suffered a dislocated right shoulder against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship. Raheem Mostert has been functioning as the 49ers lead back even prior to Coleman's injury, and logged 82 percent of the snaps in his absence. Coleman played well against the Minnesota Vikings in the Divisional Round, and his return to the lineup would increase the probability of a 49ers cover, and that they match or exceed their implied team total. Head coach Kyle Shanahan offered on Monday that he 'expects (Coleman) to have a good chance to play'.
