Betting Impact:

Washington is -3.5 point favorites on Thursday night against the Giants, per BettingPros consensus odds. While it is never easy having to replace your starting quarterback, the Football Team was prepared for this news as Fitzpatrick was injured during last week's loss to the Chargers. Heinicke went 11-for-15 for 122 yards in relief of Fitzpatrick, and is making his second start for the team after starting last year's playoff game against the Buccaneers. A source told ESPN's Adam Schefter that Fitzpatrick is expected to miss six to eight weeks, but Washington's odds to win the division remain at +250, which is where they were to start the season.
