Trilogy vs. Enemies
Way back in Week 1, the Trilogy defeated the Enemies 52-46 behind a combined 46 points from Earl Clark and Isaiah Briscoe. Since that game, Clark has continued to dominate, scoring 137 points this season, but it has been Ryan Carter who has been the second-leading scorer for the team. Carter has 131 points on the season, despite not playing in Week 1. The Enemies are led by Jordan Crawford, the league leader with 154 points this season. Crawford has made 21 three-pointers this season, also the most in the league. Elijah Stewart has been a solid second option for the Enemies, averaging 14.3 points per game. While the Trilogy certainly have the advantage by having two big-time scoring threats, there is no guarantee they’re going to be able to shut down Crawford. So we’re going to stay away from the spread, and instead, expect the two best offenses in the league to put on a show.

Triplets vs. Ghost Ballers
The Ghost Ballers pulled off a huge win last weekend over the Killer 3’s to secure their spot in the postseason. They held the Killer 3’s to just 15 points in the second half. This week, they will take on the Triplets, the number one team in the league. The Triplets defeated Power 50-43 last weekend, but the final score doesn’t properly indicate how lopsided the game was. The Triplets led Power 25-16 at the halftime break, the cruised to 50 points in the second. Since a terrible performance against the Killer 3’s, the Triplets have looked great. Prior to their beatdown of Power, they defeated the Ball Hogs 50-34. After what the Ghost Ballers did last weekend, you would expect this line to be smaller than it is. But with oddsmakers trusting the Triplets with 4.5 points, it seems like they’re expecting the Ghost Ballers to play more like they were prior to last week. You should expect the same and take the favorites.
