2024 Monaco Grand Prix Odds, Picks & Predictions
Every Formula 1 fan knows this race. It is the week of the Monaco Grand Prix, the famous street circuit located in the heart of Monaco’s Monte Carlo harbour area.
It is probably the most famous race that F1 has, and every driver wants to win it. Max Verstappen is your current champion here, and has triumphed in two of his past three Monaco races, but his grip on the betting odds has lessened considerably over the past couple of races, so nothing is completely assured.
Verstappen will once again be the favorite this week, but newly minted race winner Lando Norris is hot on his heels as the second-best driver on the grid in the past two races, and Charles Leclerc lurks behind them.

2024 Monaco Grand Prix Predictions
Max Verstappen: -155 To Win, +135 To Have Fastest Lap
Verstappen has won this race in two of the last three seasons, and I think that despite his troubles in the last two races that saw Norris beat him in Miami and come within a second of beating him at Imola, we cannot rule out a classic Max domination weekend.
Norris’ record at Monaco has been less than stellar, with only one top-five finish in four races, while Leclerc’s record here has not been great for the Monaco-born driver, with only a fourth-place finish to show as his best result. Both drivers have been absolutely spectacular in the last couple of races, but Monaco is a tough test every year, and I’m not sure they would be the drivers that I’d pick to win this race in Verstappen doesn’t.
Bet: Max Verstappen to Win and Have Fastest Lap (+165)
2024 Monaco Grand Prix Bets
Haas Racing: Retire First +550
Each of the past two seasons, Kevin Magnussen has unfortunately been forced to retire from the Monaco Grand Prix, so why not a friendly prop on the Haas team to retire first in this race? In each of the last five Monaco races, there has been a driver that does not finish the race, so we just have to figure out who it would be.
My money will typically be on either Williams or Haas, as they tend to get themselves into trouble. Monaco is a tight street circuit that historically has given some of the pure speed cars a bit of issue, which is the scenario we get with Haas and Williams. My guess is Magnussen would be the retiree in this case, but Nico Hulkenberg has had his share of incidents at times as well.
Bet: Haas to Retire First (+550)
Esteban Ocon: +40000 to Win, +165 Top 10 Finish
Ocon doesn’t really have a shot at winning this race, but he has had one of the premier moments of his career here: a third-place finish last season which was his only podium of 2023.
This has been a tough season for the Alpine driver, with no finishes better than tenth and only one point to show for seven races so far. However, with an 11th, 10th, and 14th in his last three races, might things finally be looking up for the French driver?
Ocon has finished 12th, 3rd, and 9th in the Monaco Grand Prix in his career and qualified fourth last year as well, so he has the chops to race on this street circuit.
Bet: Esteban Ocon Top Ten Finish (+165)
