2025 Grammy Awards Odds, Picks & Predictions

Sportsbooks are not all about sports. Yes, ‘sports’ is in the name, but there is more to sportsbooks than, well, sports. Sportsbooks have been known to carry odds on non-sports-related events like the Academy Awards, election results and the Grammy Awards. The Grammy Awards is one of the most anticipated events of the year.

Let’s check out who sportsbooks favor to win a few of the music industry’s biggest awards.

2025 Grammy Awards Odds, Picks & Predictions

Album of the Year

  • Hit Me Hard and Soft by Billie Eilish: +105
  • Cowboy Carter by Beyonce: +160
  • Brat by Charli XCX: +700
  • The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess by Chappell Roan: +900
  • The Tortured Poets Department by Taylor Swift: +1200
  • Short n’ Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter: +2600
  • Djesse Vol. 4 by Jacob Collier: +3700
  • New Blue Sun by Andre 3000: +3700

Talk about an impressive list, right? Billie Eilish opened as the favorite and heads into awards night as such, but the competition is fierce. Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter has been the talk of the industry since Queen Bey released the album last March, and many industry insiders consider it the favorite to win.

If it does, and this may come as a surprise, it will be the first time one of the most popular artists in the world wins a Grammy for Album of the Year. Cowboy Carter is her fourth consecutive nomination for the award and fifth of her career.

Taylor Swift is nominated once again, of course (shocker). But her odds have gotten longer since they opened despite the commercial success of the album. Why? It could have something to do with winning her record-setting fourth Album of the Year last year.

It would be the second win for Billie Elish, who became the youngest winner (18) back in 2020. Charli XCX’s Brat was briefly the betting favorite, but her odds have settled back to a distant third on betting boards.

Song of the Year

  • “Birds of a Feather” by Billie Eilish: -180
  • “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar: +480
  • “Good Luck, Babe!” by Chappell Roan: +550
  • “Die With a Smile” by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars: +750
  • “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” by Shaboozey: +850
  • “Texas Hold’ Em” by Beyonce: +1300
  • “Fortnight” by Taylor Swift feat. Post Malone: +1400
  • “Please Please Please” by Sabrina Carpenter: +1900

Industry experts have been all over the place regarding who should win Song of the Year. Many have gotten behind Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!,” Sabrina Carpenter’s “Please Please Please,” and it is hard to ignore the commercial success of Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and Beyonce’s “Texas Hold Em.”

But the most consistent song/artist being talked about as the winner is “Birds of a Feather” by Billie Eilish. Eilish is a Grammy darling, and voters will love the story behind the song (she and her brother spent the better part of a year writing and perfecting it) as much as the end product.

Record of the Year

  • “Espresso” by Sabrina Carpenter: -370
  • “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar: +500
  • “Birds of a Feather” by Billie Eilish: +650
  • “Now and Then” by The Beatles: +850
  • “Texas Hold’ Em” by Beyonce: +1900
  • “Good Luck, Babe!” by Chappell Roan: +2200
  • “Fortnight” by Taylor Swift feat. Post Malone: +2400
  • “360” by Charli XCX: +2900

This category may be the most compelling one from a betting perspective. At the listed odds of -370, Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso” has a 78.72% chance of winning, but much of the talk has surrounded Chappell Roan, Beyonce, Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar.

However, while “Now and Then” by The Beatles has not been getting the kind of buzz that says it’s an award winner, don’t be shocked if voters give one last nod to one of the most significant musical groups of all time.

Best New Artist

  • Chappell Roan: -430
  • Sabrina Carpenter: +250
  • Shaboozey: +1300
  • Raye: +1600
  • Teddy Swims: +3100
  • Benson Boone: +3100
  • Doechii: +3700
  • Khruangbin: +4800

The talk for Best New Artist is almost entirely about Chappell Roan, but at those odds, she is not a recommended bet (too much risk for not enough reward). However, if you’re open to rolling the dice, Sabrina Carpenter’s name has been tossed around as well.
