Rory McIlroy has 28 career wins on the PGA Tour, including three of four majors. This excludes a win at the Masters Tournament, as the green jacket has eluded McIlroy. An infamous meltdown in 2011 saw McIlroy shoot an 80 in the final round after holding a 54-hole lead, carding a T15 finish. Finished as a runner-up in 2022 after shooting a final round 64.

Recent Form

McIlroy has been hot in 2025, recording two outright wins in five events. These victories came at Pebble Beach and The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Northern Ireland's star golfer ranks first in total strokes gained, including first in SG: Off-the-Tee, 10th SG: Putting, and fourth in scrambling. McIlroy is first in scoring average (68.9) and 26th in birdie average.

Betting Outlook: 2025 Masters Predictions

This feels like the year where McIlroy can transfer momentum gained from recent wins to don the iconic Green Jacket at Augusta National. He's currently +650 to win, behind defending champion Scottie Scheffler, who has won this major in two of the past three years. I'd also recommend betting a unit on McIlroy to card a top 5 finish at +130 odds since he's finished T5 or better in three of his past five appearances at the Masters.
