Las Vegas Aces vs. Los Angeles Sparks
The Las Vegas Aces are far beyond the best WNBA team. They’re scoring 93.9 points per game and allowing only 78.6 points per night. On top of that, the Aces have shot over 50% from the field and have won nine of their last ten games.
It’s been a different story for the Sparks. The Sparks have gone 2-8 in their last ten games and have lost five straight. Los Angeles has averaged under 79 points per game and has allowed 81.4 points per night.
The Sparks are shooting just 41.8% from the field. They’re good at forcing takeaways, but that’s about all they do consistently. Throughout the five-game losing streak, the Sparks have lost by double-figures in three of those games. Multiple possessions still lost the other two games.
Lexie Brown is second on the team with 13.3 points per game, but she’s played in just nine games and has an illness that will keep her out of tonight’s game. Los Angeles simply hasn’t been able to stay healthy this season. Only two players on the roster have played in all 19 games for the Sparks this year which has clearly hurt the team’s chemistry.
Let’s back the Aces to finish the first half strong with another blowout win.
Bet: Aces -14 (-110)
