March Madness Round of 64 Same Game Parlay Bets

Here is the best Alabama vs. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi same game parlay for Thursday, March 16th.

Alabama -20.5 (-175)

The Crimson Tide are favored by a lot in this game and rightfully so. However, 24 points may be too many against a team that has already played a game at this tournament. Even though the Islanders are no threat to the Crimson Tide, they are a threat to this spread because the Crimson Tide are likely going to pull players late in the game.

We suggest taking this at 20.5 for your parlay. The price is steep, but the Crimson Tide won nonconference games against teams from smaller conferences by 21, 20, 26, 10, 42, and 13. The average margin of victory in those games was 20.3. Expect the Crimson Tide to beat that average by a little but not much.

Brandon Miller Over 19.5 Points (-150)

How much is the Crimson Tide’s best player going to play in this game? When he’s out there, he’s going to be able to do whatever he wants, but he may only play 25 minutes. We thought about taking his three-pointers Over, but the price is steep for three or more. The value lies in taking his total points.

Miller is averaging 19.6 per game this season. In this game, he will have numerous open looks against a team that cannot defend well at all. As long as he plays 25 minutes, he is going to hit this number with ease. Even if he tries to get his teammates more involved than usual.

Noah Clowney 10+ Rebounds (+200)

When Power 5 teams take on much smaller teams, rebounds are always a profitable play. Noah Clowney is averaging 8.0 rebounds per game, which is second on the Crimson Tide to Miller.

Though he saw reduced minutes in the SEC Tournament, he is someone who should see plenty of action on Thursday even if the Crimson Tide are dominating. Because the Islanders are not a good shooting team, Clowney is going to clean up the glass with ease, and he should be able to pull down quite a few offensive rebounds. This is the riskiest play of the parlay, but there is serious value attached to it.

Parlay Odds: +500
