Gorodeya (+460) vs. BATE Borisov (-186), 10:00 AM EST (via DraftKings Sportsbook)

After starting the season with back-to-back losses, Gorodeya has stormed back to win their last three straight, putting themselves in the top half of the table. A large part of that success has been thanks to their backline, as they have allowed zero goals since their last defeat on March 28th.

Last week, Gorodeya secured a 1-0 win over Energetik-BGU thanks to a 35′ goal from midfielder Andrey Sorokin.  Despite losing the possession and shot battle yet again, their defense willed them to victory.

In their five matches thus far, a Gorodeya game has totaled two or more goals only once.

On the other side of this matchup, BATE comes into this game trying to gain their footing and return to their familiar place at the top of the table. Also starting off the 2020 campaign 0-2, BATE has secured two wins in their last three.

Against one of the top teams in the league last week in Torpedo Zhodino, BATE battled to a 0-0 draw. They will be looking to build on that confidence in this one. In their most dominant performance of the season the week prior, BATE bullied Dinamo Minsk around before finishing 3-0.

As we’ve ridden all season in this league, the under is just too good to pass up. Outside of BATE’s 3-0 performance against Minsk, both teams have exclusively seen 1-0 and 0-0 results in the past three weeks.

If I were to pick a side here, BATE is clearly the more talented team. As the season turns toward the halfway point in the coming weeks, I expect that reality to become clear.

Pick: UNDER 2.5
