Best College Football Parlays & Picks: Week 5 (2026)

The Week 5 college football slate continues to provide high-quality matchups between AP Top 25 opponents. Some of the most notable games feature No. 5 Ohio State vs. No. 14 Iowa, No. 7 Alabama vs. No. 16 Mississippi State and No. 8 Florida vs. No. 25 Missouri.

In this article, I’ll dish out three of my favorite college football parlays to place in Week 5. My Best College Football Parlays & Picks: Week 4 (2026) settled 1-2, cashing the shortest parlay on Iowa +5.5/Georgia moneyline at +122 odds. We were close to cashing another +264 parlay with Tennessee +4.5/Under 49.5 (Northwestern vs. Indiana), but the Wildcats and Hoosiers’ 30-point 4th-quarter explosion led to a bad-beat loss in the final minute of game play.

Let’s gear up for Week 5 with my favorite college football parlays. Each play is worth 1 unit ahead of Saturday’s opening kickoffs.

College Football Parlays for Week 5

                                      (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Mississippi State +5.5/Over 46.5 (Notre Dame vs. UNC) (+260)

Kamario Taylor continues to build his legacy at Mississippi State, along with his Heisman Trophy bid, as the Bulldogs’ quarterback flashes his arm talent on a weekly basis. It’s allowed Jeff Lebby’s offense to average 43 points per game, 15th in the FBS, erasing multiple deficits with clutch rallies in the second half.

Alabama has also been able to erase deficits under QB Keelon Russell. He’s posted impressive numbers on his own accord, operating Kael DeBoer’s offense with finesse.

While Mississippi State’s defense is worse than the Crimson Tide’s defensive unit, they did allow 5 touchdowns to Florida State in Week 3. Now, it’s an early road game against a red-hot Bulldogs offense led by an early Heisman Trophy candidate. Mississippi State +5.5 is the first leg of this initial parlay.

Let’s shift our sights to Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels host No. 3 Notre Dame as a +21.0 point home underdog. Following Steve Belichick’s resignation as DC, UNC gave up a season-worst 401 yards of offense and 3 touchdowns to a young Clemson offense.

CJ Carr is set up to pick apart UNC’s defense this weekend. He just shredded Purdue on the road, as the Fighting Irish wound up with 4 passing touchdowns and over 250 yards through the air, while adding 2 rushing touchdowns on 5.5 YPC.

Notre Dame has the ability to cash Over 46.5 by themselves in this spot. We’ll need a little bit of production from UNC’s offense, which has managed at least 15 points in every outing this season. This feels like a game where Notre Dame wins 45-3 or 42-7.

Over 46.5 as the second leg boosts this parlay to +260 odds to open up the 12 p.m. ET slate with a win.

                                      Iowa +14.5/Tennessee Moneyline (+157)

Iowa’s gutsy win in Ann Arbor kept the Hawkeyes undefeated. Now, they return home to host No. 5 Ohio State, with WR Jeremiah Smith making his case for the Heisman Trophy.

Iowa’s defense remains the best unit in the country right now, surrendering a stingy 8.0 points per game to lead the nation. Ohio State’s defense is talented but they allowed Illinois to score a couple of touchdowns last week, surrendering 462 yards of offense.

Taking Iowa as a 2-touchdown underdog at home feels like a must-bet. Ohio State’s reputation has created value on this line, so let’s build this second parlay with Iowa +14.5.

Tennessee fought hard against No. 1 Texas last week, failing to win but coming up with a clutch cover late in the game. The Volunteers now lay -7 at home against Auburn, who have been held to 21 or fewer points by 2 of 3 FBS opponents.

Yes, the Tigers lost a shootout to No. 8 Florida. However, Auburn’s inability to play a turnover-free game on offense will cost them in Knoxville.

Tennessee held Texas without a passing touchdown and only gave up 1.7 YPC. The Volunteers’ defense is severely underrated and should be able to limit Auburn in a bounce-back spot as a touchdown favorite.

Finish this second parlay with Tennessee’s moneyline, which brings us to +157 odds.

                                      Kentucky Moneyline/Florida Moneyline (+242)

Let’s finish our bets with a moneyline parlay on an underdog and a favorite. Kentucky has been impressive under head coach Will Stein to start this season, beating Texas A&M on the road and giving Alabama fits for half of the game.

Now, the Wildcats hit the road to take on an underachieving South Carolina program. The Gamecocks have not had the best stuff from QB LaNorris Sellers, who has been turnover-prone, blowing a 16-0 lead to Mississippi State and getting blown out by Alabama in Week 4.

That type of momentum shift does not favor South Carolina, even back on home field, facing a Kentucky defense limiting opponents to a 58 percent completion rate and 3.6 YPC, entering Columbia with a +3 turnover margin.

Bet Kentucky’s moneyline at +130 odds to build this third and final Week 5 parlay.

To close out this moneyline parlay, we’ll be betting on Florida’s moneyline on the road against No. 25 Missouri. The Gators have been feeding RB Jadan Baugh, who has 7.2 YPC, 600 rushing yards, and 11 touchdowns.

Missouri’s defense isn’t going to be able to contain Baugh and the Gators. The Tigers may be stout, allowing 2.8 YPC and 2 total rushing touchdowns, but aside from facing Kamario Taylor and Mississippi State in Week 4, none of the opponents have been built like Florida’s roster.

Missouri only has 1 rushing touchdown in its last 2 games. Florida’s defense is holding opponents to 3.4 YPC and forcing 2+ turnovers in 3 of its 4 matchups.

Once again, the Gators’ +4 turnover differential will wind up being the difference-maker in this game. Bet on Florida as a -5.5-point road favorite, taking the Gators moneyline (-205) to get +242 odds on this final parlay.
