Best Prop Bets Today

On top of pinpointing our top prop bets by star rating, we can take it a step further by identifying which five-star props also have a 100% hit rate over the player's last five games. You can also filter hit rates over the past 15 games, but let's not push our luck.

Jonathan Aranda Over 0.5 Singles

Last Week: 1-0  | Season Record: 4-2 | Best Odds: -117 at Caesars Sportsbook

Not only did Samad Taylor hit a single to help us cash his prop bet last week, but he tallied three of them, giving us our first string of back-to-back cashes on the season. Let’s make it a hat trick this week.

The MLB prop bet cheat sheet today features 31 player props with a 100% hit rate over the last five games - with only three labeled as 5-star bets.

We’re going back to the well in the singles market, settling on Jonathan Aranda to go over 0.5 singles, a feat he has accomplished in six straight games.

The BettingPros prop bet cheat sheet likes Aranda to record at least one single today in his home matchup against Zac Gallen and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Aranda has recorded a single in six straight games, eight out of his last 10 and 12 of his last 15 games. He's been a singles machine all season, recording at least one in 39 out of 77 games (50.6%) in 2026. He is also coming off hitting two singles yesterday.

The Rays first baseman enters tonight on an eight-game hitting streak. Only eight players have a longer active hit streak, led by Carter Jensen at 16 straight games.

While there is no hitter-versus-pitcher data for Aranda versus Gallen, Aranda has produced significantly better results against right-handed pitching this season:

  • Versus Righties: .299/.394/.521 and 37 singles
  • Versus Lefties: .261/.368/.318 and 20 singles

Gallen has been one of baseball's most hittable pitchers this season, allowing 105 hits in 79.2 innings across 16 starts. Those 105 hits allowed are the third-most among pitchers, trailing only Michael Lorenzen (113) and Sandy Alcantara (109).

Gallen has allowed at least six hits in six straight starts, including three outings with nine or more hits. He is coming off a start last Saturday in which he surrendered a season-high 12 hits to the Twins.

Gallen's splits against lefties, such as Aranda, are troubling.

Lefties are 59-for-171 against Gallen this season, with a triple slash line of .345/.398/.526 and .924 OPS. Of those 59 hits, 43 have been singles. Righties are batting .288 against Gallen this season and have recorded 30 singles.

It's easy to see why BettingPros lists this prop with a 71% chance to hit and an expected value of +31%. Anything over 10% is considered a high-value bet. Look for Aranda to extend his singles streak to seven games tonight.
