(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Bucks vs. Pacers
- Leg 1: Pacers Moneyline (-192)
- Leg 2: Indiana Pacers to Score 100 Points in Three Quarters: No (-650)
- Leg 3: Both Teams Over 24.5 First-Quarter Points (-205)
- Leg 4: Tyrese Haliburton Under 2.5 Three-Pointers (+120)
The Indiana Pacers were successful at home in Game 1 of this series and look to take a 2-0 lead before heading to Milwaukee on Friday. The Bucks are 1-4 over the last five road games against the Pacers. Before winning on December 31st, Milwaukee had lost five consecutive contests as the visiting team.
Milwaukee has only three wins in the last 10 games when playing in Indiana. The Pacers are averaging 120.5 over that span as the home team. Even with the return of Damian Lillard, Milwaukee appears to be in a tough spot. We will take the Pacers on the Moneyline for our opening leg of this parlay.
This next selection is a strange one, however, it's a low-risk way to improve our odds and boost our return. While it is on the spectrum of possibility, we highly doubt Indiana will score 100+ points in three quarters. This type of bet takes a bit of digging, but it usually pays off when you need a bump in profit.
Once again, we are venturing off into an alternative path to further increase the odds for this parlay. Milwaukee averaged 29.8 first-quarter points, while the Pacers scored 28.4 in the first quarter of the regular season. On the defensive side of the floor, the Bucks allow 29.3 points in the first 12 minutes of play, while Indiana gives up an average of 28.5 in the first quarter.
Tyrese Haliburton averaged three made baskets from beyond the arc per game this season. It's a little concerning to have such a small gap between average and suggested total, yet it appears to be a selection we can exploit in this matchup.
Haliburton shot 0-for-7 in the first game against Milwaukee. In the previous four matchups against the Bucks on the season, the Indiana guard averaged 2.25 three-pointers per game. Haliburton has only made more than 2.5 three-pointers against Milwaukee on one occasion this season. The Pacers guard is averaging 1.8 three-pointers on 25.7% shooting in all five games against the Bucks on the season.
Parlay Odds: +575
