The Blues have been one of the most streaky teams throughout the season. They've begun to realize it was time to offload some assets and recently traded Vladimir Tarasenko and Ryan O'Reilly. We've seen the offense take a dip by scoring four goals in the last three games.
Still, the noticeable weak point has the goaltending. Jordan Binnington took over as the starting goalie this season and has allowed the most goals of his career, most losses, and a -6.3 Goals Saved Above Expected.
You can everything said about St. Louis and repeat it for Vancouver. The offense has been great, even without Bo Harvat, and they are scoring 3.75 goals per game since the trade. The return hasn’t been bad, with Anthony Beauvillier getting an increase in minutes and has seven points in eight games.
It's their goaltending that has been terrible. Spencer Martin was sent down, and Thatcher Demko is hurt, so it's been Collin Delia who's allowed five goals per game over his last four.
I'm throwing confidence in both team’s ability to score and not stop it.’
