College Football: Best 2022 National Championship Parlay: Alabama vs. Georgia
Seemingly just as it started, the 2021-22 college football bowl season comes to an end Monday night in the College Football Playoff Championship in Indianapolis. In what will be their second meeting in just over a month, the Georgia Bulldogs will get another crack at their arch-rival, the Alabama Crimson Tide, in what should be a great game.
Let’s take a look at a Single Game Parlay that pays over 3:1 that I have my eye on for Monday night.

Leg #1. Alabama ML
Facing a stout Georgia defense that allowed just 30 points total in the four games prior, Alabama walked into the SEC Championship game ago a few weeks and hung a 41 (vs. 24) on them. Despite a slow start, Alabama QB Bryce Young has steadily improved all season and finished the win over Georgia with a 421-yard, three-touchdown, and zero-interception performance.
In the time since, Georgia has certainly rebounded, allowing Michigan just 11 points in their CFP semi-final win. In the end, however, I’m taking the proven commodity of Nick Saban and his staff over a Georgia program that has had more than their fair share of swings (and misses) against the king.
Leg #2. Under 51.5
While the last game between these two sailed well over the posted total, we’re still talking about two of the best defense in the nation coming into this one. The Crimson Tide allowed just 304.6 total yards and 81.4 rushing yards per game, good enough for top-10 in the country in both categories.
As for the Bulldogs, their 9.5 points allowed per game put them #1 in the country. Look for tightened defensive game plans from both teams in this one, leading the game to stay well below the posted total.
Leg #3. Alabama Points Total Over 14.5
While we’ve already eluded to this one above, this Alabama offense certainly seems to have figured something out down the stretch. In addition to their strong performance in the SEC Title game, they also put up 27 on the Bearcats in the semi-final, picking up 482 yards of total offense in the process.
