25) San Diego State Aztecs, 7-1
The top team in the MW-West Division has a comfortable lead with four games left to play. They’ll be home for the next two as division rivals Nevada and Fresno State come to town.

24) Navy Midshipmen, 7-1
The Midshipmen traveled to UConn on Friday night and completely dominated the Huskies to the tune of 56-10. The team is off this week in advance of a tough road date at Notre Dame.

23) Kansas State Wildcats, 6-2
At 6-2, the first year of Chris Klieman’s tenure at Kansas State has been a big success. The club is riding a three-game winning streak over conference foes as they get set for a road trip to Texas.

22) SMU Mustangs, 8-1
The Mustangs fell from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 54-48 road loss to Memphis. The team is still in the running for the AAC-West division, but they’ll need some things to break in their favor.

21) Wake Forest Demon Deacons, 7-1
The Demon Deacons have been the best team in the ACC not named Clemson in 2019. They get a crack at the Tigers on November 16, but a road date with Virginia Tech is up next.

20) Boise State Broncos, 7-1
The Broncos got back on track after a loss to BYU with a 52-42 road win over Fresno State. Next up is a home tilt with a Wyoming team that has been better than expected in 2019 with a mark of 6-2 thus far.

19) Memphis Tigers, 7-1
Since dropping a road decision to Temple, the Tigers have won three in a row over conference foes. The team gets this weekend off in advance of a road game at Houston.

18) Cincinnati Bearcats, 7-1
The Bearcats are undefeated in conference play and control their destiny as a result. A layup versus UConn is up next, followed by a road date at USF.

17) Iowa Hawkeyes, 6-2
The Hawkeyes travel to Wisconsin on Saturday, and a home date with Minnesota comes next. One of these three teams are taking down the Big Ten West.

16) Wisconsin Badgers, 6-2
The Badgers have come back to earth after a strong start to the year with two straight losses. They get Iowa and Minnesota over their last four games, so they still have a chance at the division crown.

15) Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 6-2
The Fighting Irish were 17.5-point home favorites for Saturday’s date with Virginia Tech, but they needed a final minute score to escape with a 1-point win. The team travels to Duke this weekend.

14) Michigan Wolverines, 7-2
The Wolverines have won two straight games in convincing fashion, but the two losses are still an anchor around the team’s neck. They return to action on November 16 at home versus rival Michigan State.

13) Auburn Tigers, 7-2
The Tigers were 17.5-point home favorites over Ole Miss on Saturday, but they had to dig deep for a 20-14 win. The team gets the week off in advance of a home date with Georgia.

12) Florida Gators, 7-2
The Gators put up a fight in Saturday’s showdown with Georgia, but they came up short in a 24-17 defeat. Florida will look to bounce back this week with a home game against Vanderbilt.

11) Minnesota Golden Gophers, 8-1
Are the undefeated Golden Gophers for real? We’re about to find out. The team faces three ranked conference foes over its final four games, starting with this week’s home tilt with Penn State.

10) Baylor Bears, 8-0
The Bears picked up a 3-point home win over West Virginia to remain undefeated on the year. They’re tops in the Big 12 for now as they get set for a road game with TCU.

9) Oklahoma Sooners, 7-1
The Sooners had the weekend off after seeing their undefeated dreams go by the wayside at the hands of Kansas State. They’ll get back at it on Saturday when Iowa State comes to town.

8) Utah Utes, 8-1
The Utes are in the driver’s seat for the Pac-12 South with three games left to play. They get this week off after a road win over Washington and have a home date with UCLA up next.

7) Oregon Ducks, 8-1
The Ducks went to Los Angeles on Saturday night and dominated USC by a score of 56-24. They’re in control of the Pac-12 North with three to play, starting with Arizona at home on November 16.

6) Georgia Bulldogs, 7-1
The Bulldogs are alone atop the SEC East after Saturday’s victory over Florida. They’re home for Missouri this week, followed by a tough road trip to Auburn.

5) Penn State Nittany Lions, 8-0
The Nittany Lions had the weekend off in advance of a road trip to face an undefeated Minnesota team. Early lines have them as 6.5-point favorites, but this is far from a gimme.

4) Clemson Tigers, 9-0
The Tigers were in action on Saturday, but it wasn’t much of a game as they clobbered lower-level Wofford. A road date with NC State is up next.

3) Ohio State Buckeyes, 8-0
The Buckeyes had the week off and return to action at home versus Maryland on Saturday. A trip to Rutgers follows. Ohio State closes out the year with games versus Penn State and Michigan.

2) LSU Tigers, 8-0
The major polls are split as LSU is tops on the AP side while the Coaches rank Alabama at number one. The two teams will get to decide it on the field this Saturday with an epic showdown.

1) Alabama Crimson Tide, 8-0
Questions abound on Tua Tagovailoa’s availability this week, but the Crimson Tide have still been installed as 6.5-point favorites over LSU. They get home-field advantage for the game of the week.

The Next 5

UCF Knights, Indiana Hoosiers, Appalachian State Mountaineers, Texas A&M Aggies, Texas Longhorns
UCF has righted the ship with three straight wins, but they trail Cincinnati by three in the AAC East. Indiana has been a surprise in the Big Ten and has locked down bowl eligibility. Appalachian State fell from the ranks of the unbeaten this week, while Texas and Texas A&M haven’t quite lived up to preseason expectations.
