College Football Week 12 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Georgia vs. Kentucky
Top-ranked Georgia visits Kentucky before the SEC championship game on Saturday, it faces one more significant challenge before the SEC Championship game in two weeks.
Following their 27-13 victory over then-No. 1 Tennessee on November 5th, the Bulldogs definitely didn’t disappoint last week. They took control of a 45-19 victory at Mississippi State when they scored on the first play of the second half, never looking back after that.
With the exception of sloppy victories at Missouri and over Kent State, the Bulldogs (10-0, 7-0) have shown consistency. With a top-10 offense and top-5 defense, they have outscored opponents by an average of 29 points each game.
With at least four games remaining in his season, Stetson Bennett has career highs in both yards (2,895) and completion percentage (67.6). In addition, he has made few errors, throwing just five interceptions in 330 attempts.
A top-10 team heading into October, Kentucky was eliminated from contention for the College Football Playoff after last week’s shocking 24-21 loss to a Vanderbilt club that came into the game with a 26-game SEC losing streak. Look for them to roll over as the Bulldogs run away with this game.
