College Football Week 4 Player Prop Bets Odds, Picks & Predictions: Notre Dame vs. UNC

(Odds are courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Notre Dame TE Michael Mayer OVER 49.5 passing yards vs. North Carolina (-140)

This number seems low so take it. Mayer has 2 catches for 10 yards last week in a tight win over Cal. UNC has a horrible defense and no solution for Mayer so he should be targeted much more this week after oddly being an afterthought in the game plan last week. He could have a 100-yard game.

What are Player Props?
Player props refer to wagers that bettors can make based on player performance in a specific game. The majority of player props are built around the most common statistical benchmarks for a specific sport such as yards and touchdowns in football. Most player props are straight over/under plays that open at or near -110 and are adjusted based on where the money lands. Examples of baseball player prop bets include over/under 4.5 strikeouts for a starting pitcher or over/under 1.5 total bases for a hitter.
