College Football Week 9 Odds, Picks & Prediction: Florida vs. Georgia
In what will be the biggest spread between these two schools in more than 20 years, the #1 Georgia Bulldogs come in off of a bye week to host the Gators as 22-point favorites. Blanking Vanderbilt 55-0 the last time we saw them on the field, this Georgia defense has given up just 32 points over their past three games, putting up 123 points of offense in the process.
The visiting Gators also have the fortune of coming in off of a bye, however, their time on the field was their worst result of the season, a 35-45 loss at home to LSU. With the loss all but sealing their fate in the SEC, they’ll now look to bounce back as calls for Anthony Richardson to be benched ring loud in Gainesville.
Averaging just 217 yards of offense through the air with him at the helm, I don’t see how this Gators team competes with a rested Georgia team at home.
