The Commanders might have found their quarterback, as Sam Howell leads the league in passing yards, but they have also been the heaviest passing offense in the league. This is because the defense has been awful, allowing the most points per game, and Washington frequently plays from behind. The Dolphins should be able to have a field day against this defense, but the over is the more comfortable bet.
