Early NFL Parlay and Best Bets: Week 13 (2021)
Week 13 of the 2021-22 NFL season is officially upon us as Thanksgiving has come and gone and the home stretch is now here. For both conferences, playoff positioning is still very much up for grabs as it’s crowded at the top and bottom of the race.
Let’s take a look at three games this weekend I have my eye on for a three-team parlay.

Leg #1. Lions +7 | -110 at DK Sportsbook
While they’ve yet to win a game this season, the 0-10-1 Lions continue to play hard each and every week, which is a testament to head coach Dan Campbell. Having covered four of their last five, the Lions have lost their last two by a combined five points.
For the visiting Vikings, a loss on Sunday in San Francisco marked their third in five games, as the NFC playoff picture is closing in around them each and every week. Having failed to win a game by more than seven points since September, I like for a similar result here and for the Lions to stay close.
Leg #2. Chargers ML | +140 at DK Sportsbook
Following a torrid start to the season, second-year Chargers QB Justin Herbert has cooled off considerably as the team has now lost four of their last six. In this one, however, he draws a Bengals secondary that’s among the worst in the NFL in allowing 254.5 yards per game.
As for the Bengals themselves, they come into this one feeling great about themselves, having just blown out their arch-rival Steelers at home last week four their fourth win in six games. I like for them to come back down to earth in this one and potentially overlook a Chargers team that’s still just as dangerous as they were to start October.
Leg #3. Raiders -2.5 | -115 at DK Sportsbook
Despite losing three of their last four, this Raiders team is another example of a team that shows up and fights every week. Getting back on track last week against the Cowboys (36-33 in OT), the Raiders put up 509 yards of total offense against one of the better defenses in the NFC.
As for the Washington Football Team, winners of three straight and most recently a Monday night win over the Seahawks, the phrase “Paper Tiger†comes to mind. Despite the win streak, the Football Team still ranks in the bottom 25% of the league in passing yards (#30) and points scored (#25), and I think their inability to move the ball downfield catches up with them in this one.
