English Premier League Matchday 9 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Arsenal vs. Tottenham (2022)
Between the death of the Queen and a scheduled off week last week, the English Premier League (EPL) has seen its fair share of time off over the course of September. This week, however, it’s roaring back with some key matchups that should offer plenty of excitement across the country.
Let’s take a closer look at a few matches I’m keyed in on.

Saturday Games
Arsenal (+105) vs. Tottenham (+250)
Although it is too early in the season to declare this a decider for anything other than self satisfaction, both clubs will consider this as a must-win situation. Known as the North London Derby, this is a match that both sides (and their supporters) circle on their calendar each season.
While the Spurs are only one point behind Arsenal in the Premier League standings, as manager Antonio Conte’s hold on the team starts to take shape, Arsenal will be desperate to hold onto its lead; even at this early point of the season. They’ll also have to contend with one of the EPL’s leading scorers in Harry Kane, who enters this match with six goals on the season.
Although Spurs edged the Gunners to fourth place by winning the match at the tail end of their previous campaign, this Arsenal team has shown some distinct differences thus far. They possess the talent to compete with the stars of Spurs and can play some captivating football when it’s needed most.
At the Emirates, in what I expect to be a high-scoring affair, I’m riding with the home Gunners in this one.
