Between the death of the Queen and a scheduled off week last week, the English Premier League (EPL) has seen its fair share of time off over the course of September. This week, however, it’s roaring back with some key matchups that should offer plenty of excitement across the country.

Saturday Games
Crystal Palace (+320) vs. Chelsea (-115)
The significant injury list for Palace has been aided by a month off, but this squad still needs Patrick Vieira to be tuned up if they want to compete at the top. As they get ready for their first game since a scoreless draw with Newcastle on September 4, don’t be surprised if the Eagles show some rust out of the gates in this one.
Graham Potter, Chelsea’s new manager, will be anxious to earn all three points as his team attempts to recover from a difficult start under Thomas Tuchel. Potter can give Chelsea a stiffling defense, which is what I anticipate will help them earn all three points in this match against an ailing Palace side.
