La Liga Betting: Weekly Odds & Game Picks: Week 10 (2021)
We are back yet again for Week 10 of La Liga. As the season reaches its quarter mark, we continue to find value week in and week out.
While the NFL dominates the stateside headlines come Sundays, I have my eye on one match in southern Spain. Let’s take a closer look.

Betis vs. Rayo Vallecano, 12:30 p.m. EST
Finishing sixth on the table last season, Betis’s 17-10-11 record was good enough to qualify for the conference league and secure their place in La Liga for seasons to come. So far this campaign, the team from Seville has scrapped to a 4-3-2 record. They would leapfrog their opponent with a victory this week.
Averaging 1.33 shots per game, Juanmi leads all Betis scorers with five goals so far this season. The 28-year-old midfielder will undoubtedly become more expensive to retain if he keeps up this production.
Relegation in 2018-19 forced Rayo Vallecano to fight and claw their way through the lower ranks to earn promotion this season. Boy, have they made the most of it. Vallecano finds themselves sixth on the table with 16 points through their first nine games and come into this match with a plus-six goal differential.
However, I see two teams who have not earned their points in the same fashion this season. Over their last five matches, Betis has played stiffer competition while Vallecano has beaten up on the bottom five of the table.
Look for Betis to re-focus following their last lackluster performance and secure the win in front of their home fans.
