La Liga Betting: Weekly Odds & Game Picks: Week 15 (2021)
La Liga returned from fall break last week to a great slate of games and that’s exactly what we have on tap for this week beginning Friday. As the calendar creeps close to December, the halfway point of the season approaches, and the team’s identities are firmly taking shape.
Let’s take a look at a match for week 15 I have my eye on.

Saturday
Real Betis vs. Levante, 3:00 PM, EST
We faded Levante last week to no avail but that’s exactly where we’re going back to this week. As we said in last week’s piece, Levante is the clear-cut worst team in La Liga and last week did little to show me otherwise.
In fact, things have gotten even worse as Getafe picked up their second win of the season to slot Levante dead last in the table, the only winless team left in La Liga. Their -13 goal differential is also a clear two goals worse than the next worse team.
One bright spot they had last week, in their 0-0 draw against Athletic Bilbao, was their defense. Even still, their 25 goals allowed also rank at the very bottom of the league.
Their opponent in this one, Real Betis, responded nicely out of the break as they lost two straight heading into it. Facing an Elche team they were big favorites against, they handled their business winning the match 3-0 and it was never close.
Their star midfielder, Juanmi, scored in the match against Elche to bring his goal total this season to four. I like for Juanmi to get going early in this one and for that to spell trouble for the visiting Levante.
