La Liga Betting: Weekly Odds & Game Picks: Week 20 (2021)
Just two games remain this year in La Liga as the calendar turns to 2022 and offers a jam-packed weekend slate with nearly every team in action. Before the year ends, however, there’s a New Year’s Eve match I have my eye on that I think has a ton of value as the first kick approaches.

Getafe vs. Real Madrid, 10:15 AM, EST
We cashed with Real Madrid last week at plus money, and we’re going right back to them this week and not afraid to lay the juice here. You have to go all the way back to October 3rd to find the last time they failed to leave a match without at least one point, and their opponent in this leaves little to fear that should change.
Before last week’s 1-0 win over Osasuna, Getafe had scored just one goal in their past three matches, with their last win coming all the way back on November 21st against relegation-destined Cadiz. Coming into this one with just 15 points on the season, Getafe is in a three-way tie for the last relegation spot themselves.
To make matters worse, while a host of 0-0 draws has kept them above water, Getafe comes into this match having scored just 12 goals on the season, the worst from any team by a margin of three goals (Cadiz has 15).
Sitting atop the table looking for even more room to spare, expect Real Madrid to easily roll in this one.
