After a weak hiatus, La Liga is officially back this weekend across Spain with nearly every league back in action on the pitch. With only around 15 games left for each team, the mad dash to positioning on the table has arrived for every team at the top, bottom, and middle.
Let’s take a look at one matchup I have my eye on this weekend.

Osasuna vs. Sevilla, 12:30 PM, EST
Prior to the break, you have to go all the way back to November to find the last time Sevilla lost a game, a 2-1 defeat to league-leading Real Madrid. In the time since, Sevilla has worked its way to second place and a goal differential of +18, the second-best on the table.
Led by striker Rafa Mir and his .4 goals per game this season, Sevilla has one of the most potent attacks in all of La Liga and might just have a field day in this one.
Their target? An Osasuna team that is in the dead-middle of the table despite a season goal differential of -5. Scoring just 22 goals through 22 games, Osasuna needs to turn it on in quick if they want any chance of catching Barcelona for the 5th seed on the table.
I expect the attack of Sevilla to be too much and for the home Osasuna and for the Los Nervionenses to largely have their way.
