Lightning vs. Avalanche Game 1: Top Stanley Cup Finals Prop Bet Odds & Picks (6/15)
Game 1 of the 2022 NHL Stanley Cup Final is set to get underway as the Colorado Avalanche host the Tampa Bay Lightning. Despite there only being two teams left to square off this season, there are still a couple of great angles to attack in the prop betting market.
Below, I give out my two best NHL player prop bets for Wednesday.

Mikko Rantanen Anytime Goalscorer (+130)
After successfully hitting this bet in the final game of the Western Conference Final, I am going back to the well once again. Rantanen has been in great form lately as he has now scored in each of his last four games.
Additionally, Rantanen’s strong metrics has backed up his outstanding play. In the postseason, Rantanen boasts an excellent 1.13 expected goals for (xGF) per 60 minutes.
Over his two games against the Tampa Bay Lightning this season, Rantanen has two points including a goal on 11 shots. While he will be going against one of the best goaltenders in the world, Vasilevskiy has not been nearly as dominant on the road in the postseason as he is just 5-4 through nine games with a 0.910 save percentage.

Artturi Lehkonen Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+110)
The other Avalanche forward I am backing in this contest is Artturi Lehkonen. Lehkonen has gone over this total in three straight games and should be a good candidate to do so once again in this matchup.
Playing alongside Burakovsky and Rantanen, Lehkonen has been able to get plenty of pucks on net as both of those guys are great at setting him up in good scoring opportunities.
Additionally, Lehkonen skates alongside four of the best players in the entire league on Colorado’s first power play unit. Lehkonen keeps getting increased playing time in high-pressure situations due to his great play this postseason, which means he should be able to get a good shot at getting over this total in this game.
