Overview
Two weeks ago all seemed lost for the Rams. They were coming off a 45-6 home loss to the Ravens and had fallen to just 6-5 on the season. Since then they have won two straight and outscored their opponents 62-19 during that stretch. They've given up only one offensive touchdown in that span, and they have given up one or less offensive touchdowns in four of their last five games. The offense, which mustered just 221 yards in their blowout loss to the Ravens, is averaging 502 yards per game over their last two contests. That is only four fewer yards than the 506 total yards that the defense has given up in that same span.
Other than a loss to the Bucs early in the year, the Rams have beaten the teams they're supposed to beat. They're 3-0 ATS and SU in their last three games vs teams with losing records. Two of those contests have been on the road.
While the Rams are on their way up, the Cowboys are spiraling out of control. They've lost three straight and four of their last five, and have fallen below .500 for the first time all season. They still have the number one offense in football, but over the last three weeks they have been putting up a lot of yards and not a lot of points. After falling behind 24-7 to the Bears, the Cowboys' offense started to come to life and put up points while gaining a lot of yards, which helped their stat-line look a lot better than it really was. The truth is, the Cowboys were never in that game, and after the terrible performance on Thanksgiving, it's hard to see what this team has left.
Dallas has yet to beat a team this season with a winning record, with their six victories coming against the Giants twice, Redskins, Lions, Dolphins, and Eagles. While they're falling apart SU, they've still managed to keep a positive record ATS, but have not covered in either of their two most recent losses.

Cowboys under 24 (-110)
The Cowboys' offense has not been the same since their 35-27 win over the Lions. Against the Patriots they scored nine, against the Bills they scored 15 and against the Bears they scored 24, 17 of which came in the second half. The Rams' defense has been incredible over the last couple of weeks shutting down Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson. Dak Prescott has the most passing yards in the league, but of late those yards have been coming when meaningful football is long over. This game features a cold offense vs a hot defense that needs this game more. The Cowboys are going to struggle to score.
Bottom Line
It's a home game for a desperate Cowboys' team, against the Rams who are coming off their biggest victory of the year. This should be a classic trap scenario for Los Angeles, but I feel that the Cowboys really are done. They're looking ahead to next week's game against Philly knowing it's really the only game that matters. The offense may be ranked number one, but they have looked terrible over the last three weeks, and the Rams are starting to play like the Rams of last year. Many are probably thinking things are going to level out and the Rams and Cowboys will both go back to how they looked earlier in the season, but why are we going to trust a team that hasn't beaten a team with a winning record all year vs a team that has averaged 502 yards per game over the last two games, while giving up just 506 yards total over that span? The Rams are hot, the Cowboys are not.
