Monday’s Best MLB Home Run Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jose Ramirez (+470)

Cleveland’s Jose Ramirez has done nothing but rake since the calendar turned to May. The superstar third baseman has slashed .357/.438/.643 with four home runs and 11 runs scored in his past 15 games played. On the year, Ramirez leads the Guardians with seven homers off right-handed pitching and is slugging .649 versus fastballs. His momentum continues to build ahead of Monday night’s showdown with the Twins.

Bailey Ober draws the start for Minnesota. The veteran righty relies on his four-seamer and change-up over 67% of his time on the mound. Avoiding throwing Ramirez a fastball in the zone seems like an obvious move. However, take note that Ramirez capped off a 12-pitch at-bat against Ober by crushing a change-up into the right-field seats last campaign. Trust Ramirez in a spot where experience gives him the upper hand.

Rhys Hoskins (+440)

There’s no way around it. Baltimore’s pitching staff has been the root of the team’s struggles through MLB’s opening two months. The Orioles have conceded the most home runs in the league (72) and trail just the Colorado Rockies in ERA (5.52). Specifically, Dean Kremer has surrendered 10 homers across nine outings and sports the highest road ERA (6.96) among qualified pitchers. He is slated to start in Milwaukee on Monday.

There’s upside in betting on a few different Brewers batters to go deep in this contest. First baseman Rhys Hoskins sticks out, though, considering he has recorded a .333/.404/.511 slash line to go with six extra-base knocks during the last 15 days. The 32-year-old has provided a spark in the lineup and is 2-for-3 with a dinger facing Kremer in his career. Expect Hoskins to make his presence felt with a majestic swing.

Shea Langeliers (+350) & Brent Rooker (+310)

The Athletics couldn’t have asked for a much better matchup to snap a five-game losing skid on Monday. The Angels are handing the baseball to Jose Soriano, who has logged a disastrous 13.50 ERA and 2.13 WHIP in four appearances versus the Athletics. The Dominican hurler now has to attempt to right the ship on the road in a stadium that ranks third in Statcast’s offensive park factors. Talk about a tough task.

There are two intriguing targets in Sacramento. Catcher Shea Langeliers is 3-for-4 with a home run against Soriano and has posted a career-high 46% hard-hit rate in 2025. Meanwhile, outfielder Brent Rooker boasts an impressive 1.124 OPS in 29 battles with the Angels and has also gone yard off Soriano before. Those in search of an enticing longshot wager could parlay both Athletics sluggers to homer at +1512 odds.
