(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Los Angeles Dodgers (-174) at Arizona Diamondbacks (+142) | O/U 8.5 (-110/-111)

There is still one playoff spot in the National League left to decide. The Diamondbacks are tied in the loss column with the Mets for the final Wild Card spot with five games left to play. They're climbing up the standings as they've won seven of their last 10 games.

Arizona just wants to find a way to get into the playoffs, especially knowing they made a miracle run to the World Series a couple of years ago through the Wild Card. The lineup has been red hot recently, as their .352 wOBA ranks fourth since September 10th.

The Dodgers will have their top starter, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, on the other side, who has been lights out in his recent starts, allowing one run or fewer in four straight.

We've seen the lineups help push both games to the over, but playing extra innings the night before, then turning around quickly to play a day game, the runs could be scarce.

Pick: Under 8.5 Runs (-111)

Chicago White Sox (+246) at New York Yankees (+142) | O/U 8.5 (-119/-102)

The Yankees are locked into the playoffs for the eighth time in their last nine seasons, but they still have something to play for. At the moment, they are tied with the Blue Jays for first place in the American League East, and this race will determine who gets a first-round bye and potentially home-field advantage throughout the American League playoffs.

The largest problem the Yankees have faced this year is inconsistency within their pitching staff. With injuries and staff turnover,  New York has had to go through a lot, but they could finally be settling in, as they are second in ERA since September 17th (1.67). It also helps that they are facing teams that have been eliminated from playoff contention.

Carlos Rodon tries to pick up his 18th win of the season against the team that drafted him. He would love for it to go the same way it went the last time he faced the White Sox on August 29th, where he went seven innings and allowed one earned run in a win. He might get that win with Davis Martin on the other side, who couldn't get out of the fourth inning the last time he faced the Yankees before giving up three earned runs.

Pick: Yankees -1.5 (-144)
