    Cleveland Guardians (-160) at Angels (+133) | O/U 8.0 (-112/-108

The Guardians have a massive advantage on the bump tonight. According to FanGraphs, Parker Messick has spun the following pristine numbers in 25 starts spanning 149 innings in 2026:

    • 9 wins
    • 10 quality starts
    • 2.54 ERA
    • 2.93 xERA
    • 3.35 xFIP
    • 3.52 SIERA
    • 1.03 WHIP
    • 6.8% walk rate
    • 25.7% strikeout rate
    • 11.3% SwStr%
    • 27.1% CSW%
    • 97 stuff+
    • 106 location+
    • 105 pitching+

The Guardians have a 14-11 record in Messick’s starts.

Meanwhile, George Klassen has run pure in five starts, totaling 21.2 innings for the Angels. His 3.74 ERA isn’t supported by his 5.28 xERA, 5.10 xFIP, 5.56 SIERA and 1.62 WHIP. The rookie righty also has a putrid 17.8% walk rate and just a 20.8% strikeout rate in those turns.

Klassen’s 3.96 ERA in 19 starts in Triple-A this year was also lucky relative to his 4.71 xERA, 5.01 xFIP, 1.42 WHIP, 11.6% walk rate and 22.3% strikeout rate.

Cleveland also has a substantial bullpen advantage. The Guardians are 10th in bullpen ERA (3.81), and the Angels are 19th in bullpen ERA (4.21) this season.

The advantages don’t end there for Cleveland, either. The Guardians have a 96 wRC+ versus righties and 87 wRC+ on the road, and the Angels have a 93 wRC+ versus lefties and 77 wRC+ at home. Furthermore, Cleveland has a 91 wRC+ in the previous 30 days and a 95 wRC+ in the last 14 days, and the Angels have a 72 wRC+ and 78 wRC+, respectively.

Cleveland’s Moneyline is -160. Still, it should be chalkier, and eating the chalk is advisable with the Guardians tonight.

    Pick: Guardians Moneyline (-160)

    Minnesota Twins (-156) at Athletics (+129) | O/U 10.5 (-112/-107

The Twins don’t have a stacked offense, but it’s above average. Minnesota is tied for 13th in wRC+ (97) versus lefties and tied for seventh in wRC+ (102) on the road this season. The Twins are also tied for 14th in wRC+ (98) in the previous 30 days and 12th in wRC+ (106) in the last 14 days.

The Twins have a mouthwatering set-up tonight. First, Jeffrey Springs stinks. The 33-year-old lefty has a 6.02 ERA, 5.07 xERA, 5.07 xFIP and 4.96 SIERA in 23 starts this year. In 12 home starts this season, Springs has a 6.63 ERA and 4.88 xFIP.

The A’s also have a putrid bullpen. In fact, it’s MLB’s worst bullpen, ranking 30th in ERA (5.66).

Circling back to Springs, his opponents have exceeded 5.5 runs in 16 of his 23 starts this season, including three straight and nine of his past 10. As if facing Springs isn’t enough of a boost to Minnesota’s offense, playing at Sutter Health Park is the cherry on top.

According to the park factors at FantasyPros, Sutter Health Park’s 1.091 park factor for runs ranks second only to Coors Field. The Twins should erupt tonight and clear 5.5 runs in a plus-matchup at a hitting paradise.

Pick: Twins Team Total Over 5.5 Runs (-125)
