Let's dive into some top MLB player prop bet picks. There is a full slate of games to choose from. We'll look at some players who should make an impact today and the MLB prop bets we love for Monday, May 13.

Monday's Best MLB Player Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Mitch Keller Over 2.5 Earned Runs Allowed (-120)

The Brewers are currently holding first place in the National League thanks to their fantastic offense that's fourth in runs scored per game (5.08) and slugging (.417). They host Pittsburgh for three games, who have lost three of their last four.

Mitch Keller gets the start for the Pirates. It's been a shaky year for him with a 4.41 ERA. He is coming off a complete game allowing one run, but that was against an Angels lineup without Mike Trout. He's already pitched against the Brewers, allowing four earned runs in five innings. This Milwaukee lineup is hitting .342 with .608 slugging off him.

Marcus Semien Over 1.5 Runs + Hits +RBI (-130)

The reigning champs are only two games over .500, but no one has set themselves apart in the American League West, so they can still defend their crown. Although they're riding a three-game skid, Marcus Semien has been on fire with a league-leading 12 hits, seven runs and seven RBI since May 5th. They face Tanner Bibee and the Guardians. Semien has seen Bible only five times but does have two hits - a double and a home run.

Brent Rooker Over 1.5 Runs + Hits +RBI (+100)

With everything surrounding the Athletics, most had them finishing with one of the worst records in the league. That will likely not happen, as they are in playoff contention in the American League West.

They begin a series against the Astros, who are having a pitiful season and sit below the A's in the standings. Rookie Spencer Arrighetti will start for Houston. He's been dreadful as he's allowed four or more earned runs in three of his five starts and has yet to record his first MLB win.

One Oakland hitter who is hot is Brent Rooker, as he’s batting .407 with eight runs and five RBI in his last seven games. Look for him to stay hot against a struggling pitcher.
